Starr Prestige Hills Real Estate Agency is a newly established company in Sydney, focusing on the buying, selling and renting of prestige property in The Hills district. They provide information and listings of new property developments and their locations in the Hills District. Starr Prestige service a niche part of the market only promoting prestigious property.

Objectives - Establishing Starr Prestige Online

This real estate agency was having challenges getting sales due to stiff competition and economy changes. Starr Prestige soon realised that they needed a website to help them promote their new image and to attract new customers (both buyers and sellers). He also wanted to offer his clients extra services that would help them sell their properties.

Currently the agency was getting the majority of their new leads from referrals, and while they were happy with this, they also wanted to maximise their online presence to start attracting prospects through their website. Starr Prestige wanted to position his company as experts in local property investment as a strategy for converting leads into clients and to value add for their current clients to help them sell their properties and build their loyalty so they use the agency's services again. They commissioned The Website Marketing Group to establish their presence online.

Solutions

The Website Marketing Group built a professional, streamlined website design for the real estate agency- clean lines, blue space and lots of images of houses and The Hills District in a professional flash header. They chose to keep the design simple with various shades of blue and let the content and properties take center stage on the site.

Years of experience made the agency realise that it's not just a house their clients are buying, it's the area as well. So to make their site a 'one-stop-shop' for real estate information, TWMG created a profile page for every suburb that they had property in. The profile contained information of schools, transport and entertainment in the area. These pages became a hit on the site and played an important role in many of the agent's sales.

To drive this website and manage property listings - The Website Marketing Group installed their database driven content management system. The Starr Prestige team can now update all their properties with images, information and all other pages. This system also saved Starr Prestige lots of administration time because they could update their listings with the click of a few buttons.

The Website Marketing Group also implemented a search engine optimisation program to help their site appear high up in the organic search results. Google's Analytical Reporting Tools were also installed to capture statistics and details of leads to monitor their success on Google.

Results

With the Increase in Search Engine Optimization, increase in traffic, and structured website layout and landing pages The Website Marketing Group have been able to not only increase a number of leads being generated but also increase the conversion rate of the website.
