The SAP Australian User Group (SAUG) is an independent not-for-profit industry association that provides information, access and advocacy for SAP customers and professionals (including SAP acquired companies - SuccessFactors, Ariba, BusinessObjects, Concur, hybris and Fieldglass). Their mission is to provide a unified voice to influence SAP and enable the Community to leverage SAP for success.
TWMG managed the SEO, SEM, display and retargeting in 2015 and 2016. Part of our brief was successfully integrating Display and Remarketing into the SAUG cross-channel marketing mix.
SAUG used a specific compilation of digital channels to deliver particular results at different touch points of the customer experience. TWMG worked to deliver an integrated digital marketing mix that combined to send and convert traffic to SAUG website across the Google search and display networks as well as AdWords.
Email Marketing = to create awareness
PPC = to drive relevant traffic to website
Website = build a High-Conversion website which works great across all devices
Retargeting / Remarketing = to re-engage previous website visitors that failed to convert
Display = Convert previous website visitors = to re-engage previous website visitors that failed to convert
TWMG has worked to build a solution for SAUG that combined retargeting, display, and Google AdWords to deliver targeted traffic to the website.
The display and remarketing proved to work extremely effective. Using the Google Adwords has helped the SAUG message to be shown at the right place, at the right time, to the right audience.
TWMG effectively showed targeted messages across the Adwords network partners like Facebook, Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft—retargeting those who had visited the website but failed to convert. Using the Google Display network, our team were able to target relevant audiences and relevant websites to transfer the appropriate SAUG message at the appropriate time.
SAUG has been a successful network that TWMG have been involved for the last 2 years.
