They are a family-owned business run by two brothers with over 20 years combined building and plumbing experience. Known for their outstanding craftsmanship and competitive service, Oxford Bathrooms has received several awards from prestigious industry bodies, including Australian Achiever Award (for 3 years), True Local Business Awards (finalist) and Business Achiever Awards (Readers' Choice winner). They are a proud member of the Masters Building Association and the Housing Industry Association.

Oxford Bathrooms has always enjoyed a stellar reputation for building and renovating first-class bathrooms. But with the increasing competition and the rapid changes happening in the industry, they knew that they had to take a strong position online as well.

To show how stress-free the bathroom building and makeover process is, customer service and sales functionalities were added to the site, including the “Free Quote” tool and online enquiry form that can both capture visitor information for lead generation as well as fast dispatch to the sales team or the corresponding Oxford Bathrooms department.
