Objectives
Tile Market has been one of the largest dealers in premium quality tiles in Sydney for over the past 2 decades. As part of their brand revival project this year, they appointed The Website Marketing Group to redesign their website.
Tile Market needed an upgraded, modern and content managed website that was customer oriented and SEO friendly. They wanted to improve the search and sales functionality of their website and update their online product catalogue with a sleek look and feel. On top of that, they wanted their website to generate more leads and sales by making it easily accessible across all devices.
Solutions
We used Magento to create a more modern, sleek design while maintaining the traditional colour scheme, branding, and logo.
One of Tile Market’s biggest concerns was the display and access to payment and product options, so we crafted custom solutions for their web design and development needs. We added a photo gallery, subscription button and a payment tool to the site, and placed the social sharing buttons, site map and contact information to strategic places on the homepage to better showcase their services and products and allow visitors to request a quote. Product filters were also installed on every category page, and technical specifications were included.
We also tested and re-tested the site on different displays and sizes to improve the user’s experience.
We implemented on and off SEO activities for their website to make Tile Market stand out in their highly competitive industry.
Results
The Website Marketing Group has developed a visually clean and easy navigation system that has enabled more audience engagement and improved Tile Market’s position in the market.
