Their product range also includes fire detection and building evacuation systems, as well as high sensitivity smoke detection systems. Objectives

FireSense needed to enhance and uplift their digital presence to match their reputation for experience and quality. The main concern of this business is on the provision of a professional and friendly service. Therefore, to complement their dedication to delivering the best possible service to their customers, FireSense approached  the team at TWMG.

FireSense wanted to re-design their website, transforming their online presence and installing a new functional chat widget for their customers. The experienced team of web developers at TWMG worked with FireSense throughout this process, from design to execution, to create the website that would best serve their needs.

Solutions

TWMG chose Magento as the content management system (CMS) for FireSense. This decision was based on our knowledge of Magento as a user-friendly and convenient CMS for business websites. Magento also has great features which allows for extensive customisation, providing a more personalised and effective customer experience. As a wide range of FireSense products are suitable for different corporations, TWMG classified the existing product range into three major categories, namely Detection Products, FireSense Cables and Sprinkler Products. This method of product organisation will ensure that customers will easily be able to find what they need.

The team at TWMG has designed and built the new website to meet FireSense’s requirements. FireSense wanted to provide an efficient and easy way for their customers to find the products they needed, met by the use of Magento and its range of customisable themes, plugins and extensions. Furthermore, FireSense requested a chat function to streamline communications between the company and their clients. The chat box installed by TWMG will allow more of FireSense’s customers to get in touch with them more quickly.

 

Results

The new website has a neat, modern layout supported by an on-screen chat function. FireSense’s new site also effectively showcases the top products and services they offer, with the content organised to streamline the customer experience and deliver more conversions. The core of the website is making product search and selection an easier and faster process, so that customers can browse comfortably through the website and find the products and services that they require.
