Eden Institute Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery

Website Development, SME

Client

The Eden Institute is headed by Dr. Mark Edinburg, one of Sydney’s leading cosmetic, plastic surgery and reconstructive surgeons who specialises in skin cancer removal, cosmetic surgery, non-surgical cosmetic treatments and hand surgery.

Eden Institute Sydney offers the latest medical, reconstructive and cosmetic solutions in a safe and comfortable environment. Their state of the art treatments are provided with an unrivalled level of personal care. Eden Institute's clinics are located in Baulkham Hills, Chatswood and Richmond in Sydney.

Objectives

Customers in the cosmetic and plastic surgery market are becoming increasingly sophisticated and discriminating when it comes to choosing products and services. This new level of awareness is primarily powered by online technology, which allowed people fast access to valuable information that has never been available before.

Eden Institute knows how much their online presence can help them further make their name shine in such a highly saturated industry. They tapped the expertise of The Website Marketing Group (TWMG) to create a website that aims to educate their audience and help them during the decision-making process.

Solutions

The Website Marketing Group developed a website theme for Eden Institute that mirrored the soothing elegance and clean aesthetics of the brand. The header with the logo was done in brown and mint, while the colour scheme of the pages was a Zen blue and white combination.

The team structured the content into helpful subcategories, fulfilling the objective to provide target users a helpful, facts-based and organised response to various questions about the procedures offered by the facility. Two of the main categories are: Surgical (Face, Body, Breasts, Hands, Men) and Non-Surgical (MediSpa, Skin, Fat Reduction). Both are easily accessible via quicklinks featured on the homepage.

Other elements of the website that boosted brand authority and increased consumer confidence: The logos of respectable institutions and organisations affiliated with Eden Institute; a quick tab about founder and principal surgeon Dr. Edinburg, and a gallery of before-and-after pictures.

We used a responsive, mobile-ready theme for the project, which has been our standard for all our Web development projects for more than a few years now, preceding the addition of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal in Google algorithm. Moreover, the entire website is fully optimised and runs on a content management system.

Results

The new Eden Institute website enjoy steady and qualified traffic, thanks to its informative content, attractive layout and smart navigation. Understated glamour and objective reporting makes the website not just a reference for clients, but an authority source for anyone interested in the plastic and cosmetic industry.
