KITTEN® Car Care Products is an Australian icon, with a deservedly proud 50-year history of being a market leader in the car care industry. KITTEN® Car Care Products are developed specifically for Australian car lovers understanding the tough weather conditions. Their line of products includes washes, polishes, tyre paints and rejuvenators, interior cleaners and protectors, and well wheel cleaners. 

Objectives

KITTEN Car Care Products has very high brand awareness and strong market reputation among vehicle owners and car enthusiasts. Initially the brand was promoted and aligned with other CRC products with limited exposure to Kitten Car Care Products. Thus, Kitten Car Care wanted to develop their online identity and build a strong social media exposure, as a way of protecting their market share and engaging their targeted audience.

Kitten Car Care has now over 2,000 Facebook fans and an impressive number of YouTube subscribers. Since the website has gone live, Kitten Car Care has significantly expanded their retail sales and products available online. The website is easy to administer and user friendly. It has also standardised information within the company, ensuring all sales and customer service staff deliver fast response and a consistent offer for all the products and services available.
