Website Development, SME

Hallings Garage Doors is family-owned and -operated business established in 1976, and the company continues to grow today thanks to their focus on providing the best quality products and then backing them with second-to-none service and support. The company is the sole B&D Accredited Dealership in Illawarra and covers areas from Coledale to Gerroa.

They specialise in the following B&D products: Roll-A-Door® Roller Doors, B&D Panelift® Sectional Doors, B&D Rollmasta® Roller Doors, B&D Panelmasta® Sectional Doors and B&D Firmadoor® Roller Doors. The team also offers B&D motors for all types of garage doors as well as installation of industrial doors and commercial shutters, garage door repair, spare parts, maintenance and technical support.

Hallings Garage Doors was looking for a way to reach out to their customers more efficiently. They wanted to provide accurate, valuable information about their services as well as about their company. They knew this will lead to increased interest in their offers and can impact their sales performance.

They asked The Website Marketing Group to transform their existing website into an interactive portal that will provide customers with easy information access, and effectively showcase the innovation and grandeur that their door and gate solutions can offer.

The Website Marketing Group overhauled their existing website to ensure the rich content won’t weigh down the site and that the structure provides a clearer path for users to explore the site and make the most of its features.

This involved the implementation of intelligent content architecture and navigation to host the comprehensive content and maintain site speed and performance. We used a bright and clean white-and-red theme that aims to emphasize the professionalism, expertise and premium service standards customers can expect from the Hallings Garage Doors team.

The website delivers more than the usual information, making products selection process more accurate and informed. With unique features such as colour and texture range, project gallery, brochure downloads and icon definitions, site visitors feel more empowered to make purchase decisions.

After competitor and marketplace analysis and research, The Website Marketing Group powered an SEO strategy. A custom content management system was also set up for the benefit of Hallings Garage Doors administrators.

The website was built with advanced Web technologies: XHTML, XML, CSS, and PHP.

The improved, completely overhauled Hallings Garage Doors website exceeded expectations. Not only was it able to capture the interest and attention of qualified visitors, it also directly lead customers into making enquiries and choosing the company for their home improvement projects. With increased visitor engagement, Hallings Garage Doors enjoys a loyal customer following and steadily increasing sales.
