Yes. Our packages include web and email hosting, from $360 per year. Yes. It is an annual fee, so there's no burden on your monthly expenses.

Our Content Management System (CMS) allows you to set up unlimited pages.

Why do I need my own domain name?

Your website will be hosted on your own domain (e.g. www.yourdomainname.com.au). 

Will I get my own email address?

Yes, you can set up up to 100 email addresses that reside at your domain.

Do I need to download any software to update content on my website?

No. Our CMS is web-based software, so there's nothing to download. You can access it from anywhere, anytime as long as you have the internet.

What is a Content Management System (CMS) ?

A Content Management System (CMS), is the 'backend' or 'admin' area of your website. It's the software that allows you to edit/update/maintain all of the content on your website. We will provide you with a unique username and password which allows you to login the admin area of your website.

Is CMS training included?

Yes.  We provide 2 forms of CMS training for 30 days, namely: a comprehensive user guide; 1 hour CMS training workshop, which is sufficient as our CMS is easy to use!

How long does it take to get my website up and running?

The launch date of your website depends on your requirements. If you want a simple brochure website it can be completed within a month given you provide us with all the relevant content and feedback promptly. 

The majority of websites can be up and running within 4-8 weeks.

How do I get billed?

We require a deposit to start, further payment half way and on completion of your website.

You can pay either by cash or credit card.
